Order Pickup Policy

At FBD Houthalen, we operate exclusively on an order pickup basis. We do not offer shipping services, ensuring that all orders are collected directly from our designated pickup location. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards of product quality and efficiency while providing our customers with a reliable and streamlined collection process. By choosing pickup, customers can receive their orders at a convenient time without the uncertainty of shipping delays.

Our pickup-only model is designed for businesses and individuals who value precision, freshness, and control over their orders. Whether you are placing a small or bulk order, we are committed to ensuring that your items are ready on time and in perfectly packed and wrapped.

2. Pickup Location and Availability

All orders must be collected in person at our pickup point. Our designated pickup location is Europarklaan 1504, 3530 Houthalen-Helchteren Belgium, where all orders will be prepared and stored safely until collection. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at the correct location at the agreed-upon time to ensure a smooth handover.

If you require a pickup outside of our standard hours, please contact us in advance to discuss possible accommodations. However, exceptions are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Placement and Processing

To ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, customers must provide any specific requirements or customization requests at the time of ordering. Changes to orders after placement may not always be possible and are subject to our processing schedule.

Upon arrival for pickup, customers must present their order confirmation, which includes the order number and any relevant identification details. This ensures that the correct order is handed over and prevents unauthorized pickups. Once an order has been taken off-site, we are no longer liable for any damage, loss, or issues related to transportation and handling.
